Everything comes from licensed New York producers and arrives lab-tested. Pick a shelf to start.

How the shelves are organized

The categories here match the way both floors are laid out. Flower and pre-rolls sit up front, because that is where most people start. Vaporizers come next, then edibles and beverages, then concentrates, tinctures, topicals, and the accessories and apparel wall at the end. Every tile opens a page explaining what the category actually is, what to compare when two products look alike, and the questions the Farm Hands field about it most. The names on this page are the names on the shelf tags, so what you read here is what you point at in person.

What lab-tested from licensed New York producers means

Everything we stock comes from a producer licensed by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management, and every batch passes an independent, state-permitted laboratory before it reaches our shelf. That testing confirms what is in the package and screens the batch for contaminants like pesticides, solvents, heavy metals, and mold. Results travel with the batch on a Certificate of Analysis, and packaging carries the state tracking details and the universal symbol New York requires. Ask our team to pull the paperwork on anything in your hand. They do it all day, and nobody thinks it is a strange request.

The same core range at both farm stands

The Fishkill farm stand and the New Paltz barn carry the same core range, so you will find every category at both. What changes is the day to day: brands and strains land on their own schedule, and the good ones move fast. The live menu for each store is the honest picture of what is on the shelf right now, which is why we send you there instead of printing a list that goes stale by Thursday. Order ahead from either menu, pick your time, and pay at the counter when you collect it. Fishkill sits off Route 9. New Paltz sits at Thruway Exit 18.

Common questions

Which category should a first-time shopper look at?

There is no single right answer, and that is the honest version. Flower and pre-rolls are the most familiar starting point, and edibles suit people who want a measured format. Tell a Farm Hand what you are curious about and they will do the narrowing for you.

How does ordering ahead work?

Open the menu for the store you want, add what you like, and place the order. You get a confirmation, and most orders are ready well inside an hour. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older, and pay when you collect it.

Can I see the lab results before I decide?

Yes. Ask a Farm Hand and they will bring up the Certificate of Analysis for the batch in your hand. It names the independent laboratory, the batch, and the screening panel that batch passed. Nothing reaches our shelves without one.
