The Farmers Choice app is free on iOS and Android. Tap the App Store or Google Play button on this page, install it, and sign in with the same phone number you give at the counter. If you have shopped with us before, your balance and your history are already sitting there, with nothing to transfer and nothing to re-enter. If you are new, the account takes about a minute to set up. There is no subscription and no plastic card to keep track of. If you would rather not install anything at all, the browser sign-up further down this page enrolls you in the same rewards program.
What the first week with it looks like
Open it once and it is fairly quiet, which is deliberate. You will see your points, your recent orders, and the live menu for the store you picked. Turn notifications on and you get a ping when an order moves to ready, and a first look when new arrivals land at the store you picked. Leave them off and the app never interrupts you. Most people end up using it for exactly two things: checking the menu before they leave the house, and having the order waiting for them when they walk in the door.
One account, both farm stands
Switch stores at the top of the app and the menu, the hours, and the pickup times all switch with it. Fishkill runs 8AM to 10PM Sunday to Thursday and 8AM to 11PM Friday and Saturday. New Paltz runs 8AM to 10PM daily. If you are searching for a dispensary open now on a Friday night, the app answers that faster than a browser tab will. It also holds both store addresses with directions, so a search for a dispensary near me ends in the right parking lot the first time.
Common questions
Do I have to install the app to join rewards?
No. The browser sign-up on this page enrolls you in the same program, and a Farm Hand can add you at the counter in under a minute. The app is the convenient version of rewards, not a requirement for earning them.
What do I bring to collect an app order?
A valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older, plus the order number sitting on the app home screen. Payment happens at the counter when you collect the order. That is the whole list, and it usually takes under a minute.
Does the app tell me when new arrivals land?
If you turn notifications on, yes. It flags new arrivals at the store you selected, so a small batch does not pass you by while you are at work. Notifications stay off until you switch them on, and you can switch them back off any time.
